UCSC Merrill College Event Calendar

I will lead my residents to the weekly screening at the Film and Digital Media. The weekly Wednesday night films are accompanied by a lecture from a professor and a screening of the film. I will circulate the titles of the films to my residents and pull their interest for them to attend. These films are centered around social diversity and justice issues.

The film chosen is Jean-Luc Godard's 'Here and Elsewhere'. This film is a 1970 pro-Palestinian film. This is part of Godard's transitional period into his experimental video work. One of the faculty members will introduce the film and create a deeper multicultural understanding of the Palestinian cause.
