Stress Less event: Study tips and tricks + self care
Time: Friday, March 09, 2018 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM PST
This event will be held before finals so that residents can come destress. There will be lots of crafts and spa materials that residents can use and take time for self care before dead week. There will also be information provided on good study skills, places to study during dead week, and self care tips for the upcoming stressful weeks include good study break ideas and healthy snack options for stress eating.
