Tips and Exercise Routines

Residents have the opportunity to describe and share their favorite exercises while also sharing with one another tips and tricks about the gym. This passive program is meant to "break the fortress of Opers" by showing that its not as scary as it's first glance. This takes a group effort of the residents and, in turn, motivates them to practice a healthy life style.
